Using the example of Project Management at “Gotthard Base Tunnel“ project, state-of-the-art PM methods are presented to you according to the key objective “lessons learned”.
Content
In this workshop you will learn to understand Project Management on the basis of a mega project. The PM methods acquired here can be applied to any other of your projects. After the workshop you will be able to introduce Project Management processes for your company or to optimize the existing company Project Management processes.

About the speaker
Michael Becker has been gained experiences in various national and international construction business for more than 25 years and, as former Head of Contract Management IG GBTS at “Gotthard Base Tunnel” project, worked for the Client during the finalization of the shell construction and shell equipment phase in the Sedrun-Faido-Bodio lots. Michael Becker has obtained the certification as Certified Senior Project Manager IAPM and keeps abreast of the latest PM developments through regular further training in this field.

Registration
The closing date for registration is 25 September 2020 for the German workshop and 2 October 2020 for the English workshop. After registration you will receive an invoice for the cost to be paid.
Remarks
The number of participants is limited. Registration will be taken into account upon receipt, therefore, an early registration is recommended.
The workshop will be held from 8 registrations. In order to guarantee individual coaching, a maximum of 12 persons can participate.
If you wish, we can reserve a hotel room with breakfast at the Hotel St. Josef (3 minutes walk from Zurich Main Station) for 200.- CHF per person incl. VAT.
Your registration is binding. Cancellations, which must be made in writing in any case, can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before the workshop. In case of later cancellations or unexcused absence, 350.- CHF will be charged as compensation.
