New construction of waste incineration plant - Hinwil, Switzerland - 2022-2028
Project Management Civil Engineering
By 2028, a new waste incineration plant with a capacity of 120,000 t/a is to be built and commissioned in the eastern part of the KEZO site. The plant is to correspond to the most modern state of the available technology. The construction will be realized while the current plant is in operation. During the construction of the new plant, the operation of the current plant with three kiln lines will be maintained. This means that waste disposal security is guaranteed at all times, even during the construction period. After completion of the new plant, the current plant will be dismantled.
