Qubes-Technology Centre - Munich, Germany - 2022
Project Management, Contract and Claims Management
Five interconnected five-story building sections with roof terraces, courtyards and winter gardens form an overall complex with available rental space of approximately 24,000 m² and around 1,300 workplaces. The building has two basement levels with underground parking for 370 cars. The aim is to achieve LEED certification. Self-supply of electricity via a photovoltaic system combined with the use of district heating ensure an ecologically exemplary solution. The near-surface component activation, together with the heating and cooling sails, ensures a pleasant indoor climate and has a positive effect on the room acoustics. As standard, all offices have ventilation with a double air exchange, and all conference rooms even have a six-fold air exchange. In addition, natural ventilation is also provided.
